As soon as someone submits one of your forms, Prop Web will automatically and immediately send them a response you can customize. This is very important because users expect a reply from you. Your visitors can upload files with your forms and the file will be included with your email notification, or be attached to a case.

SPAM protection
The email address used to send you your notification is never available on the form or in hidden fields. This way "spambots" cannot search your forms and find your email address.

Contact Managemnt

Our form designer allows you to design great looking forms. It also includes the following options that can be plugged into the form. Contacts Allows you to manage the contacts that belong to the company Contact Activity Allow you to enter and subsequently search for contact activity like phone calls and messages left for the contact. Any kind of notes can be entered for the customer/contact. Contact activity can also be searched. Information can also be email to the customer/contact directy from this interface, and the email will be captured in the account. Invoices The invoice area allows you to track and create invoice for the customer. New to version 7.5.1 is the ability to totally customize the invoice. Service Agreements This section allows you to view/edit/create service agreements for the customer. Tasks A new tasks option has been created so you can enter one time or recurring tasks for the customer/contact. These tasks can remind you to contact the customer or they can also send recurring information directly to the customer. We're excited about this new format for the contact manger that will now allow us to round off the CRM aspects of Prop Web. Any of the above options can be added/removed from the form at any time allowing you to only include the functionality you require. In order to use this new functionality, you simply have to download a few forms into your current installation.
